How I Started Drinking a Half Gallon of Water a Day: How to Drink More Water
In episode 50, I wanted to share how I went from drinking absolutely no soda to consistently drinking a half gallon a day. Just 2 liters of plain water a day. It wasn’t easy in the beginning. But now it’s a healthy habit that I’ve developed and it’s been key to helping me lose over 70 lbs and keeping it off.
