When I started my weight loss journey, I was drinking 2 liters of soda a day and no water. It was just normal to me. But I knew limiting my soda drinking would help me lose weight and feel better. This is exactly how I stopped drinking soda pop and went from drinking so much soda to now drinking a minimum of 2 liters of water a day.
