The amount I was drinking in soda was what I should have been drinking in water. Most of us know we need to drink more water because our bodies thrive on it. In episode 13, this week we’re going to dive into what and how much to eat as we continue the series How to Lose Weight in 90 days and Keep it off Part 2. {CORRECTION} 3500 calories is equivalent to about 1 lb. I misspoke in the original episode 13. It has been updated.
We’re going to talk about 3 methods that you can follow on your weight loss journey to determine what foods to eat and how much of them to eat. You pick the method that’s simplest for you. We are not talking about food restrictions because I believe that you can eat what you want on your weight loss journey without having to cut out any foods or food groups unless your doctor or medical professional says so.

In episode 12, we start the How to Lose Weight in 90 Days and Keep it Off series. You’re going to get the actual practical steps and tips that I use in my weight loss journey to lose about 200 lbs and that I would give my coaching clients to do over our 3 month weight loss coaching session. This series will help you get out of the lose weight and gain it back cycle that you’ve been on and you’ll basically be given the steps to coach yourself to lose weight.
