Are You Half Way to Your Goals This Year? Mid-Year Check In and Reflection
In episode 28, we are doing a mid year check in on the weight loss goals that we set for ourselves in January. Usually at this time of the year most people have abandoned their goals. This is a great time to pick those goals back up, dust them off, and get back on track. Here are some questions that you can reflect on and journal the answers to so that you can still hit your health and weight loss goals by the end of the year.
