In episode 12, we start the How to Lose Weight in 90 Days and Keep it Off series. You’re going to get the actual practical steps and tips that I use in my weight loss journey to lose about 200 lbs and that I would give my coaching clients to do over our 3 month weight loss coaching session. This series will help you get out of the lose weight and gain it back cycle that you’ve been on and you’ll basically be given the steps to coach yourself to lose weight.
So first things first, in part 1 of the How to Lose Weight in 90 Days and Keep it off series, we’re starting with the first things that I would go over with a client when they come to see me for weight loss mentoring and coaching. You’re going to need pen and paper for this episode because we’re going to uncover roadblocks that have been holding you back from losing weight and we’ll create a vision for where you want to go.
